Parkside Lending is moving into New York with the addition of three industry veterans
Parkside Lending has expanded into New York with the addition of three industry veterans to its roster.
The lender has named Rich Bloom as its northeastern regional manager and Katie Plezia and Elizabeth Squillante Nichols as senior account executives.
Bloom has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry. In his role as regional manager, he will be covering the East Coast from Virginia to Maine.

Plezia also has more than three decades of experience in the industry. During her tenure in the New York market, she’s received Top Performer and Chairman’s Club awards. Nichols has more than 20 years’ experience as a wholesale and correspondent account executive in downstate New York, specializing in jumbo, conventional, FHA and VA loans.
