New American Funding is expanding its presence in Texas with the opening of a new branch in Sugar Land, according to a news release. The new branch will be the California-based lender’s 10th in the Lone Star State.

The new branch will be a full-service home loan provider, offering a complete range of purchase and refinance options.

"We look forward to serving the Greater Houston area,” said Dwayne Graham, branch manager for the Sugar Land office. “Our company is complete with the latest marketing and technology that enable us to provide our customers with the most up-to-date
and effective home loan process in the industry."

“This is a very exciting time,” said Tim Cranston, NAF regional manager. “We’ve been building our presence throughout Texas, and we’re thrilled to establish New American Funding in this growing community.”

The company also opened a new branch in Chicago last month, according to HousingWire.
