One mortgage banking company that got its start in Wisconsin is expanding once again in the home of the Packers.

One mortgage banking company that got its start in Wisconsin is expanding once again in the home of the Packers.

Inlanta Mortgage is pleased to welcome the origination team of David Hartman and Eric Johnson, with the pair co-managing the branch office in Green Bay, Wis.

“We are pleased to welcome Eric and Dave to the Inlanta team,” says Joe Ramis, vice president of branch development for Inlanta. “Inlanta continues to grow by partnering with successful loan originators and managers with strong ethical values like Eric and Dave. We are excited to help even more home buyers in the Green Bay area with their home financing needs.”

Hartman has been a licensed mortgage originator since 1998, previously working at PrimeLending as a production manager.  He was also the founder and president of Mortgage Headquarters Inc. from 2003 to 2013.

Johnson has been a licensed mortgage originator since 1996, and was one of the founders of Cornerstone Mortgage and left that organization to become Branch Manager and a loan originator with Inlanta Mortgage.

“I am extremely excited to join the Inlanta team and get back to originating home loans,” says Hartman, “and providing exceptional customer service to my clients and referral partners.”

“The opportunities and loan products that we can offer our clients through Inlanta are without compare,” says Johnson. “Inlanta is a large enough platform to be able to offer exceptional pricing to our borrowers, and as a Wisconsin-based company, it is small enough to still care about its customers.”

In addition to Hartman and Johnson, Cindy Klimek joins the office as a loan processor.

The move is part of Inlanta’s continued expansion, says, Ramis, now operating 17 offices in the state of Wisconsin alone.
