The new branch will be the company’s third in Colorado
VIP Mortgage is widening its presence in Colorado with a new branch in Colorado Springs, according to a news release.
The new office will serve as VIP’s third branch in the state. The company plans to open another one in Fort Collins, Colo., later this year.
A team of seven loan officers and processors will be led by Tim Duvall, a 14-year mortgage industry veteran with a focus on residential mortgage lending. The new branch specializes in jumbo, VA and conventional loans.
“The addition of VIP Mortgage in Colorado Springs will offer homeowners, homebuyers and real-estate agents alike a personalized, high-level client service and enhanced mortgage experience,” said Jennifer Tulcan, executive vice president national sales at VIP.
VIP’s first branch in the state was in the Centennial-Denver area, followed by an office in Chapel Hills.
