Inlanta opens new Massachussetts branch

Inlanta has opened a new branch in East Wareham, Mass., led by industry vet Dan Sheehan

Inlanta Mortgage has opened a new branch office in East Wareham, Mass. The branch is managed by industry veteran Dan Sheehan.
Sheehan brings 20 years of experience with him to Inlanta. He specializes in a variety of programs and products, including jumbo loans, first-time home buyers, reverse mortgages and renovation programs.

“Inlanta’s systems and technology, combined with old-fashion common sense, will help me to deliver an exceptional customer mortgage lending experience,” Sheehan said.

Sheehan’s longtime colleague Taryn LaPrade will join him as processor at the new branch. LaPrade has a decade of experience in various roles in the industry.

“Today I see a mortgage no longer as a mortgage loan once was, but instead a  financial instrument – a financial instrument that can be woven into your long and short term financial plan, creating a debt strategy that leads to wealth creation and a more solid financial future for you and your family,” Sheehan said. “In other words, the mortgage plan I will create will help lead to a more secure and balanced financial picture for you and your family.  I look forward to implementing and managing this strategy for my clients.”

“Inlanta actively recruits mortgage industry veterans that not only seek long-term support for their growing origination businesses, but share similar visions for the future,” said Joe Ramis, Inlanta’s vice president of business development. “Sheehan is a welcome addition to our existing team of quality originators and we look forward to a long relationship.”
