EXIT Realty Names Janice Petteway South East Divisional President

Woburn, MA – EXIT Realty Corp. International announced yesterday the appointment of five Divisional Presidents to aid in the company's aggressive regional growth. Named to the position of President of the South East Division (comprising Kentucky, Tennessee, North and South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida) was Janice Petteway, veteran Franchisee of EXIT Real Estate Results with three locations in the Orlando Florida area.

Prior to opening her first EXIT Realty franchise, Petteway was an award winning Agent with another brand.  Since opening her first EXIT franchise ten years ago, Petteway’s operation has grown to three central Florida locations with over one hundred agents.  The locations were added to align with her strategic plan for future growth.

Petteway was awarded EXIT Realty’s “Broker of the Year” in 2006 and was honored to be the recipient of the “Trusted Advisor Award” in 2011.  She participates in Habitat for Humanity builds, Bags of Hope and Dress for Success charities in Central Florida.  Her beloved dog, Mahon, is a certified therapy dog and together they visit hospitals, nursing homes and special events.

“Not many people can say that they are doing exactly what they were meant to do in their life,” said Petteway. “I feel privileged to be in a position to connect with our ‘boots on the ground’ and to be part of our Agents’ professional and personal journeys.  I feel the momentum and am ready to assist the South East Division towards unprecedented growth and production.  With EXIT Realty systems, tools, training and single-level residuals, we will be changing lives!  It’s about time a company thought of its Agents first, and EXIT does just that!”

“Janice has decades of experience in the real estate industry,” said Tami Bonnell, CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International.  “She has a command of the business and an understanding of people that makes her ideal for this new role. She has the ability not only to do the job well, but to pass that wisdom down.  I am proud to have her represent EXIT in the South East.”
