Guild Mortgage expands with the opening of 3 North Dakota branches
Guild Mortgage has expanded its Midwest footprint with the opening of three North Dakota branches.

Guild has opened branches in Bismarck, Dickinson and Minot, N.D. A branch in Hazen, N.D. will open soon. Industry veteran Tracy Roberts will oversee all of Guild’s North Dakota branches from Bismarck.

Roberts will be joined by loan officer Brian Hanson in Bismarck and sales managers Susan Lemon in Dickinson and Amanda Mathews in Minot. Loan officer Christine Berger will operate from the Hazen office.

Roberts said that Guild has plans to open several additional locations in North Dakota and is seeking mortgage professionals to join the team.

“We plan to expand with the addition of several other branches in the next year,” she said. “If you’re ready to do more, and be more, you’ll have the freedom and support you need to pursue every opportunity.”

Headquartered in San Diego, Guild has more than 4,000 employees operating in more than 250 offices in 26 states. The company posted $15.9 billion in loan volume in 2016, and has grown almost four-fold since 2010.
