Embrace Home Loans expands in Florida

by Ryan Smith02 May 2017
Embrace Home Loans has opened its ninth branch in Florida, according to a news release. The national lender has more than 80 offices across the country and is licensed in 46 states and the District of Columbia.

The newest branch is located in Viera, Fla., and will serve all of Brevard County. The branch will be led by industry veteran Greg Peele, while Stephen Thaggard will act as sales manager and Karen Thaggard and Lizann Livingston will serve as senior moan officers.

Husband and wife Stephen and Karen Thaggard bring 21 years of industry experience to the new branch. They have been with Embrace for seven years, and their success in the Brevard market and Stephen Thaggard’s recognition in Embrace’s President’s Club for three consecutive years prompted the company to open an office in Viera, according to the release.

“Previously, Karen and I were working from our home office, and while we did exceptionally well, it was time we had a greater presence within the community,” Stephen Thaggard said. “By opening an office in Viera, we’re able to further grow the company and build on our existing relationships to support the needs of those in Brevard County.”
“As Karen and Stephen have widened their reach in the Viera market, there is now a need for more Embrace loan officers in Brevard County,” said Jeff McGuinness, chief sales officer at Embrace Home Loans. “With the growth of closed sales and median sale prices in Florida as well as the leadership of Stephen Thaggard and Greg Peele, I have no doubt that our Viera branch will be extremely successful.”
