A major industry association has named a compliance group as its exclusive provider.
The National Association of Mortgage Professionals has named Brokers Compliance Group, a segment of the Lenders Compliance Group, as an exclusive provider of information and services for independent mortgage brokers.
Brokers Compliance Group will offer outsourced regulatory compliance and risk management support for brokers and originators. It and its parent, Lenders Compliance Group, was founded and headed by Jonathan Foxx, a former chief compliance officer for several companies including The New York Mortgage Company.
