Industry vet Brian Pair will join the eLEND/AFR team
eLEND/American Financial Resources has tapped industry vet Brian L. Pair as head of corporate fulfillment and operations management.
Pair is an expert in corporate fulfillment and operations management skilled in mortgage operations, quality control intelligence, fulfillment, best practices, new business opportunities and loan quality efficiencies. Before joining eLEND/AFR, Pair was the vice president of national operations at Proficio Mortgage Ventures. He’s also served as a divisional/regional operations manager for Prospect Mortgage and the senior operations manager at IndyMac Bank and Conti Mortgage.
