Loan officer, Regions Bank
Kevin Little began his career as a loan officer’s assistant. Since becoming a loan officer in June of last year, Little has posted remarkable numbers, with a total volume of $12,407,294 on 44 units.
“Kevin came over to the sales side as a mortgage loan officer in June and immediately hit the ground running,” says James F Harrison, vice president and manager of Regions Bank’s Tennessee mortgage sales division. “The volume he has generated in such a short time has been remarkable. … To do $12m plus as the rates were going up and as we were converting from a refinance market to a purchase market, he did yeoman’s work.”
Regions Bank recently honored Little with the Horizons Award, which recognizes excellence in newcomers to the industry. Harrison says Little is also a good bet for the Chairman’s Club, which recognizes the top 10% of Regions employees.
“That’s a pretty elite group,” Harrison says. “I have complete confidence that he will be in the Chairman’s Club this year.”
