The Barbadian singing superstar reportedly bought a Spanish-modern villa in West Hollywood in August for $2.75 million, only to sell it on recently for a $100,000 profit.
The home is a two-story 2,600 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. A separate building holds the swimming pool, living room, dining and kitchen facilities and bedroom.
Variety says that “supremely well-connected informants” confirmed the story of the singer’s latest foray into the real estate market. She has previously bought a $5.45 million condo in Century City, $925,000 for a Wiltshire Corridor high-rise, and a $6.8 million mansion in the Hollywood foothills.
Meanwhile in the Northeast, Taylor Swift is rumored to have spent an eyewatering $18 million on a townhouse in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood.
The likely off-market sale reported by the New York Post is the second home bought by the ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ singer in the street – she also owns a $19.9 million duplex.
Her latest purchase has notoriety as the home where disgraced French politician Dominique Strauss-Kahn stayed on house arrest in 2011 after being accused of sexually assaulting a hotel maid.
