Dean Martin’s estate in the Trousdale neighborhood of Beverly Hills was hit home after three unsuccessful marriages and the loss of his son Paul who died in an aircrash.

Martin bought the estate in 1988 and enjoyed entertaining celebrities including his fellow Rat Packers Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. It was while living at the estate that Martin gave up touring having become dependent on drink and prescription drugs. He died in 1995.

The estate was bought by a developer in 2014 and has been modernized while keeping in mind its former legendary owner, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com

The 10,047 square foot house has 5 bedrooms, twelve bathrooms and a temperature-controlled wine room housing 450 bottles – perfect for any ‘little ole wine drinkers’ along with both indoor and outdoor bars large enough to seat over 100 guests.

There is also a 3-car garage and outside entertainment area with pool, dining and lounging area and a full outdoor kitchen.

The listing agent is Jade Mills of Jade Mills Estates through Coldwell Banker and the home is listed at $27.95 million or can be rented for $125K per month.
