The luxury property, known as Opus, has been listed for $100 million by Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland and the real estate agency has just released the trailers created by the mansion’s developer, former Hollywood producer Nile Niami. The plan was to show viewers a sneak peak into a life where boundaries are limitless.

Even for a home on ‘Billionaires Row’, Opus pushes the boundaries of luxury with more than 20,000 square feet of living space with 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms including a master suite and VIP suite.

The mansion also has two swimming pools; a 10-car museum including a Lamborghini and Rolls Royce; Cristal champagne vault with room for 170 bottles; glass dining room; a wellness center with its own hair and beauty salon; spectacular views; and a 20ft glass waterfall!

A home of such elegance led to the decadent and steamy treatment for the trailer, as producer-turned-developer Nile Niami explained:

“This is the last opportunity to own a turn-key property in this celebrated neighborhood. We took a darker approach to the styling and direction of the trailer because as night falls on Opus, the house has a very alluring and undeniably sexy vibe that needed to be captured. I kept telling the director ‘Go darker... go sexier....’ and was thrilled to see the results---a woman who is transformed and empowered by the beauty of Opus.”

We can show you the ‘green band’ rated version but the steamier full-length trailer is only available on the property’s website.
