Winemaker Pat Vinatieri is selling his Napa Valley vineyard estate for just shy of $5 million.

Listed by international real estate brokers Engel & Volkers, the villa and estate is nestled between the Mandavi Mountains and sits in two acres of Bordeaux-blend vineyard.

“This is a property unlike any other,” said advisors Amber Kandarian and Ryan Styles of Engel & Völkers Long Beach and Sonoma County. “From the location, to the decadent details in design and the renowned winery, Vinatieri’s villa is a one-of-a-kind offer on the market.”

Vinatieri, whose family name means “winemaker” and “wine of the earth” in Italian, has lived in the region since the 1970s and has grown his brand into an international business.

His villa has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a chef’s kitchen, marble flooring, signature fireplaces and a circular staircase leading to an underground wine cellar.

“It has been a privilege sharing my love of wine first with my family and friends, then growing it into an internationally acclaimed business, from my very own home. I look forward to passing this exceptional project on,” he said.

The property is listed at $4,933,333.
