JLL leads real estate among America's most ethical firms
Real estate and investment management firm JLL tops the list of real estate firms for the key issues that matter to Americans.

Forbes.com and non-profit JUST Capital rank the largest publicly traded US companies on the issues Americans care about most including worker compensation and well-being, client treatment, service impacts, environmental footprint, community support, generating jobs and behaving responsibly in sourcing and supply chains, among other factors.

"Our second straight year leading our industry in the JUST 100 reflects our ambition to support the needs of our employees, clients and communities,” enthused Greg O'Brien, CEO, Americas. “We're honored to be recognized again for our policies on topics that Americans hold in such high regard – topics such as pay equity, workforce investment and sustainability."

The firm’s ranking is within the top 25 across all sectors and follows recognition in other measures of ethics and employee-focus including:
  • Dow Jones Sustainability Index, North America, second year in a row
  • One of World's Most Ethical Companies, Ethisphere Institute, 10th year in a row
