    Lots of good info here. It applies well-recognized principles of dealing with different personality types [e.g. Meyers-Briggs] to the mortgage sector.

    The article supports my longstanding contention that mortgage origination will only reach its true potential when originators become true financial advisors, not just product sales agents. That will require more education and training so that originators can interface constructively with other advisors, such as attorneys, CPA's, CFP's, and insurance agents.
