Guidelines between what is considered to be a brokered transaction and a secondary market transaction under the model is vague. Here’s what mini-correspondents can do to avoid subjecting their transactions to further scrutiny.

I wonder why the cfpb's immediate reaction would be that a broker may want to increase their income. Why would they not consider we just want to give stellar service. I would not look to increase my income at all. What I'd love would be to have a professional, reliable, competent appraiser on my jobs. Gong mini corr would do that I'm told. AMC's should be sued for using the same tired, old dog appraiser who will work for peanuts and do a crappy appraisal for pennies. No matter what the cfpb does I'm sure it will hurt consumers.
