The Supreme Court has ruled that the doctrine of disparate impact can continue to be used to challenge discriminatory outcomes under the Fair Housing Act, even if no discrimination was intended

"even if there was no intent to discriminate."

SCOTUS is completely out of control.

They are now disregarding the written law, and writing their own law.

It is time for term limits of the judicial branch of government. They are unelected and unaccountable.
