I really appreciated reading your post about subprime. I was a subprime mortgage officer for a very long time before becoming a Broker and focusing on residential sales. I think people should have (some) skin in the game, even if it's 5%. Having a stake... brings pride to the table. The real estate market requires realtors and lenders, and not politicians and bankers to make the market flow. I would like to help all buyers to obtain financing in the new conventional manner. I have a (free & private) website available to your buyers, to help with their home search. It is a app:(go to:google/iTunes w/no obligation.) I will be referring my clients to your company for purchase approvals. http://hbsr.homescouting.com/myapp/822ebdf1-ea06-4dd9-b28d-38f66cce65a9
