    They didn't need the Frank-Dodd big bank market protection/ anti-consumer / anti-small business act to prosecute those criminals.

    1 million fine with 10 million fraud. Doesn't sound right to me. why can't it be 2 dollars for each fraud dollar? just like 3 strikes and your out. put a base fine on fraud.

    This article sounds inaccurate. People (the banks) are bitter and the economy going to crap has led people to get indited with false counts.
