Ocwen Financial Corporation, already plagued with allegations that it has mishandled customers' mortgages, has agreed to pay $3.7 million to settle a Massachusetts probe that alleged it illegally foreclosed on properties to which it didn't hold mortgages and failed to send required notices to homeowners

Ocwen stole my escrow monies, they did not pay the homeowners insurance that I was paying them money for, my homeowners insurance lapsed for 3 months, during which time I was finally able to refinance my home, I had to pay for the homeowners insurance again, in full, and Ocwen has repeatedly refused to provide escrow account details, or refund my escrow monies paid.

I sincerely hope they go bankrupt, they are thieves, they charge you money for every time they research something, and they send you a form letter back with responses that do not even address what you asked them to research.

I still have another mortgage with Ocwen, and they have added on endless fees, for things they do not validly explain, fees for things that they will not remove and tell me are for circumstances that never ever happened with my mortgage, stating in their canned form letter replies fees were for inspections when mortgage was behind.

I am OCD, my mortgage payments are all sent and received early, every month, every year, Ocwen does not ever do adequate or competent customer service, and if anyone needs me to testify against them, I will!
