    And when will the Mortgage Company's stop hiring high powered Legal Firms to review one page of regulation then add 10 more pages to adjust to the one page. Everybody is at fault and only add's to the Consumer's confusion.

    And to add, lending no matter for what, had always been a "risk" associated business. Appears in the mortgage business that no longer exists. Yes it did go to far in the early part of the decade, but to go from one extreme (lose) to another extreme (tight) is just as bad. Somewhere a "middle" has to be established.
