    I notice that the price index is beginning to
    fall. That appears to be a good sign for rate to
    fall back somewhat. Rates somehow follow price indexes and inprove as inflation signs deminish. I don't think we are out of the woods with employment still below par. Our economy could get much worst considering the European delema and their monetary growth. Our Government is not making good
    decisions.
