    It's about time. Also, when are you going to start investigating builders who offer to pay closing costs for his mortgage lender and will not pay closing costs for other lenders. This is going on all over the place and screws the buying public since the builders have kick back arrangements with the lenders and in some case have an ownership interest in the lender.
