Is there some rocket science in this article? Of course using illegal labor or stolen property to build a house is cheaper for the recipient. The reality, someone is being placed at a disadvantage when illegal activities occur and someone is getting the advantage. The Obama administration and select cities are allowing (sanctioning) the illegals to take advantage of the law abiding citizens.

Did not see that point on the impact of illegal immigration in the article.
