I too ordered booklets in December and have talked to HUD twice who have said that they are on there way. And I too, NADA

I found out that HUD made minor corrections to the booklet on Jan 6 and threw all the old booklets away. Said to use the pdf version on for now--and print it yourself or email the pdf to your clients.

Wonder how much us taxpayers paid for THAT mistake? Stuff like this makes me CRAZY! Companies who "sell" mortgage forms are charging just a little over 50 cents each. Just cheaper to email to clients and keep track (for audit purposes) of when you sent it.

Just have a doc that your client signs that says they received it and e-mail it to them right at your desk when they are taking the application. Saves time and money!!
