As the political showdown over the United States budget deficit continues with the early days of the sequestration, government agencies are beginning to asses the impact of the sudden spending cuts.

    No one knows the true impact of sequestration. First, the bloat should be removed from government. Will this happen? Not on Owebama's watch.

    LFZ... how narrow minded are you.. do you realize a REPUBLICAN majority forced this to be in place.. typical to only blame Obama on this...

    As far as FHA goes, it is making tons of cash the past 24 months, yet moving it's reserves off to fund Fannie and Freddie.. FHA by itself is doing great, yet raise the fees more to help fund other areas. And what does FHA need counselors for anyway, I have been doing mortgages for over 10 years and I have never seen one anywhere. They are a waste of cash as it sits.
