    This applies to HUD properties as well. The investor window to bid was restricted to 30 days from listing date. Now it is only 5 days beyond a 10 day owner occupant window. HUD's listing policy has been a grand double dip bonus for listing agents who only need to wait for their investors at the 15 day point.

    Adam it because the houses that are left are crap. Run down and must be fixed up to sell. To much for the bank to do.
