Can a private lender put a clause that in case of default or late payment,the lender can imediatly forclose without due process?

    If you need to pay for something but don’t using cash. Then commercial paper can be a good option if the buyer is with it. Many corporations use commercial paper as a form of a specified sum of money at specified time.
