The MBA says commercial lending is going to come back in a big way in 2014. What's your experience been so far this year?

I used to have a commercial brokerage along side my residential up until about 5 years ago when I sold it off to my partner. I have not marketed to or for commercial clients much since. However, recently (2014) I have had a consistent flow of requests and I have even started closing a couple small deals. I'm still not advertising so my experience is right in line with MBA's opinion/prediction. I have several other deals, large and small, various property/business types, in the pipe and I have noticed that there are new lenders as well as my old sources stepping up with new guidelines and products.
It's a great time to be in this business!

Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending is a fairly straightforward concept: networked lending between people who want to borrow money with those who want to invest money. Also known as social lending, this form of crowdfunding is facilitated through specialized investment firms and websites. Considering the market down by 50% in last two years this growth is nothing.
On the basis of current scenario this growth is temporary and actual growth expected to happen only from September 2015 on wards.
