Hillary Clinton says she’ll ‘defend’ the controversial agency from Republicans determined to ‘dismantle’ it

The problem with the CFPB is too many innocent non-deplorable's will get sucked into their vacuum ruining the integrity and mission of good, hardworking individuals. What do they call them? Oh yeah.... the unintended consequences. Attorneys aren't cheap folks and only those who can afford them may survive. To much power in the wrong place.

Just more of a soap box for Clinton and Warren to stand on. Fact is there have double standards for bankers and brokers. Been making a living before Obama and the Dodd Frank and employed 5 mortgage mortgage officers and had a processor to being forced to shutting down one office , selling a t a loss to losing about $500,000 in Equity. We weren't rich just worked our tails for 30 years as a community local. We helped our firemen and policemen and had fundraisers for those who put their lives on the line on a daily basis and yes our Veterans as well. Often do credit repair for free. AGAIN TALK ABOUT CONFLICTS --- HOW IS IT THAT BARNEY FRANK CAN PROFIT IN THE MILLIONS FROM OWNING AN APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY. THE VERY ENTITY THAT IS REQUIRED TO EXIST AS A RESULT OF THE DODD FRANK? Anyone ever try to buy down a rate for your client because it made a lot of sense but because of the QM the one that consistently loses is the mortgage broker because we have different guidelines than the banks? The banks have been allowed to operate with virtually no cost under Obama and the AGENCY known as the CFPB goes around fining banks, and answers to no one but the chief idiot in charge and the Federal reserve. The banks do not disclose the borrow the money at .25% and lend at what??? Quite a profit margin .

It is appalling that the public's thinking is so myopic not to recognize that the country is fortunate to have probably the most qualified, experienced, educated presidential candidate in US history and she happens to be a woman. America is a great country, making it a greater country requires experience in DC, experience in dealing with both republicans n democrates. Under her leadership and plans law and order will be restored, the growth of small business, opportunities for entrepreneurs, reasonable college fees, infra structure improvements and most importantly close loop holes to prevent the wealthy From paying federal taxes. And an increase of taxes for the top 10% of the wealthiest. Bringing about global cooperation and equitable distribution between the developed countries and undeveloped countries. It takes experienced global diplomacy to negotiate international contracts. Whatever mistakes made Hillary has experience and I'd rather have a president who knows what works and what does not work. It is all about experience and there is no way Hillary could have gained all this experience without the good outweighing the bad. It is still a man's world, but there are female world leaders who did an excellent job. It is time for this great country to progress to electing the most qualified presidential candidate who happens to be a woman. GO HILLARY!!!!
