Bank of America isn't liable for allegedly concealing a multibillion-dollar lawsuit that caused its stock to plunge by 20% in a day, a federal court says

As much as I would like to say otherwise...I have to agree with the Courts decision. Put yourself in Moynihan's position and think this through. No lawsuit had been filed! Since no lawsuit had been filed Moynihan had a responsibility to the shareholders of BOA.

I'm going to rush right over there and open an account! Right after that I'm going to buy their stock! I love Bank of America!
