    Seems to me this "to big to fail" company should be broken up.....but then again we have the problem of Congress now in the hip pocket of big business with SCOTUS decision that corporations are the same as you and I when it comes to donations to politicians.

    Who receives the proceeds of the anticipated $12bn, the people who were damaged by BofA or the government shake down team?
