Lenders wanted

TX, Single-Family, Construction, $376K, 691 FICO, 80% LTV

Borrower is a pharmasist. Wife is a W-2 income nurse.
He worked for his own company but the pharmacy was not making money so he shut that business down.

Now he opened a new pharmacy in his wifes name 6 months ago. He is taking a W-2 wage, from that company but I cant show tax returns as the business is too new.

I need a stated income.... any suggestions?

    Make the builder get the construction loan and then the buyer would buy the home with the wifes credit. If the builder can't foot the bill. Go to a different builder. I know plenty of builders that could do this.
    Always look to see who is the dead dog in the transaction. Then get rid of that person or company.
