Residentail properties which produce income and are on acreage are a niche for my bank. We can also do loans on properties with up to 50 planted acres and we do cout the schedule F income and still do it as a residential loan. The only caveat is that the subject property cannot be the sole source of repayment for the loan. I have loan officers all over the state and can likely find someone closeby. You can email me at michael.stevenson@rabobank.com.

I would like to hear more about the property and income stream. Do the borrowers file a schedule F with their tax returns? Please call me at 208-391-2158 to discuss or email mmorrison@fnbmtg.com

I would be very interested in this loan if you would consider a hard money loan. I can offer you a short term loan with no prepayment penalty or a long term loan with a short prepayment penalty.

    Thank you,
