NY, Single-Family, Refinance, $225K, 710 FICO, 60% LTV

This is a mother/dauhter one family home, investment property, cash out refinance, monthly rent is 3,500 Can we do anything about it? Please let me know, Thanks, Steve.

    Need LTV, Loan amount, do they declare rent?, DR, etc...
