    Hello:

I would be more than happy to review and discuss your financing options with you. We are a bank who offers in-house processing, underwriting and closing. I have 17 years experience as a family law litigation paralegal prior to entering the mortgage industry and am very familiar with interpreting tax returns for high-end borrower's. The best way to reach me is either on my cell phone (717-968-1224) or my office at (717-855-2833).

This is silly. --- Just do a reverse mortgage so the guy doesn't have to qualify for anything.

The information here looks great! While most banks will turn down a situation like this, I have alot of experience with retired borrowers who dont show their income for tax reasons. I would love to discuss the options available to you. My direct number is 412-773-6321. I look forward to speaking with you.

Hello, If you haven't found a lender, my team and I would be happy to assist. We will help you to determine your best options for both properties. It looks like there are many moving parts. Of course the approval will depend on other debt and the missing "other" income.
