I live in this area were land values are increasing. I want to buy some at a low price. Then sell part of it to recoup what I spent and give you some money too. I live in Plantersville Texas. I know people all through Grimes County. Believe me, I can get land cheap. If I could just do a couple of deals to get going. I have a Texas Real Estate licenses. I know what to do if I just had some operating capital. I formed a doing Business As Company. The Marett Group. I will make it LLC when possible. Just starting out. 936 7 2 7-496 7.
