Lenders wanted

WA, Residential, Purchase, $1M, FICO, 80% LTV

I need a purchase money loan for someone who had a short sale 3.5 years ago. The property is in Seattle and the sale price is $1,600,000. The want to go 80% LTV and the loan amount would be $1,250,000 Their score is 699 and they have great income to qualify. Can you do this?
